Michael has been registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.

He has a broad technical background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Brigham Young University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland.
Seth has diverse intellectual property experience that includes patent preparation, prosecution, litigation, licensing, and client counseling, with an emphasis on computer software and related technologies. Seth also has extensive experience with trademarks including managing a worldwide portfolio of over 100 registrations. He has been registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2005. Prior to practicing intellectual property law, Seth worked as a software engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.
